The industrial project and construction contracts course in the oil and gas sector took place on 26th of October, with the participation of the Deputy and Legal representatives of Global Petro Tech Kish company.
According to the public relations report, this course was organized by the Association of Engineering and Contracting Companies in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical sector at the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, with the attendance of three legal representatives and contract professionals from the company.
It is worth mentioning that the course covered important aspects such as the examination of general and specific contract terms, the structure of EPC contracts, payment perspectives in EPC, an overview of the new EPDF-EPCF contracts of the National Iranian Oil Company, and a review of the dispute resolution guidelines of the Ministry of Oil contracts.
